Texas Celtic Music Network

Subscribe to TCMN Weekly

If you'd like to receive a weekly E-mail listing Celtic music and dance performances and other related Celtic events in Texas and the surrounding states, you can subscribe to "Texas Celtic Music Network Weekly" by dropping a note to calendar@texcelt.org.

"Texas Celtic Music Network Weekly" is an electronic mailing list (newsletter) maintained by the Texas Celtic Music Network for the purpose of sending weekly mailings. We will not give your email address to anyone else and you will not receive any mailings from anyone else on the list. Subscribers to this list cannot post messages to the list. This list is only for mailings sent on behalf of the Texas Celtic Music Network.

The TCMN mailings never include attachments. If you receive a message purporting to be from us that has an attachment, it is spam or a virus, with a forged "From" address and did not come from TCMN.

You will receive an email once a week titled: "(Weekly Featured Event) - Celtic Music in and around Texas (Date)"

e.g.: "Kornog at the Cactus Café - Celtic Music in and around Texas (10/23 - 10/29)"

If you wish to post a performance listing or information to the list, please send it in an e-mail to:

Your notice will get listed much more efficiently and accurately if you use this simple format:

Date
Performer name
Venue Name
Venue Address
Venue City
Venue Phone
Time of performance
e.g.:     Thursday, October 26
Mr. Potato Head
Tim Leary's Pub
206 Grafton Street
Dublin, TX
512/555-6515
8:30 - 11:30 PM

Also, you might want to include an email address or URL of the venue and performer in question

This information is also posted on the Texas Celtic Music Network Calendar

The calendar covers Monday to Monday (under normal circumstances) & is mailed over the weekend (under normal circumstances). Submit your listings by Friday. Regular events are listed once a month. Occasionally you'll receive a second weekly mailing adding to or correcting that week's mailing, or highlighting very special events in Texas.

Information on how to remove yourself from the mailing list is included in the footer of every message.
