Austin Celts Cookbook: Recipes Now Wanted

The Austin Celtic Association is doing a cookbook. We need you, with the help of your friends, to share with us some of your favorite recipes... We want your tried and true, favorites whether they have a Celtic flair, Tex-Mex, or plain-old American.

We didn't get enough recipes in time to publish the book for the 2003 festival, so we will continue collecting until we have enough for a book. To submit a recipe, download this little packet from our website at http://www.austincelts.org/acackbkpkg.pdf and then you can print up as many copies as you need for your recipes and to give to your friends for their recipes.

I am so excited about this cookbook. I love these home grown treasures, and will be getting several for my children and my sisters. I know you will want to do the same. These will be great gifts. We won't know cost of cookbook until we have submitted all the recipes, but right now I can give you an approximate estimate of $8 - $10, it all depends on how many recipes we get and of course how many books we order. Reserving the number of copies you want will help us decide.

This is a great fund-raiser for the ACA, because we can sell these books forever, and everyone benefits because we have all those lovely recipes to try out. Oh yes, if you have recipes with metric measurements, there will be a conversion chart in the cookbook.
